Wow!! Do not miss this!! You would run out of superlatives trying to describe this place. Staff were great and you basically start at the top and work your way from gallery to gallery as you descend. Do not miss the liquid Nitrogen presentation by the enthusiastic and knowledgeable scientist. There are so many hands-on activities and demonstrations your mind will be - or should be - spinning by the time you leave.Probably what is missed is the most incredible miracle of all - robots and AI is incredible - but how a human develops in utero no science can surpass. It was funny how, in demonstrating the marvel of technology, the computer had crashed in one demo which kind of undermined exactly how brilliant it was. My teenage boys decided they would rather a robot do brain surgery on them than a brain surgeon... Excellent place in every single way.

Good exhibit but for older kids Good place to visit with very interesting exhibits. Not really the best place for younger kids (4-6) as the exhibits target age groups a bit higher.

Interesting place A visit to Questacon was very interesting even though it is probably more for children. A must for any budding scientists.

Science We loved coming here. Only detraction was we managed to time our visit with the arrival of a few school buses. So it was very busy. Questacon has free entry for season pass holders of other science centres. So check the price of a season pass at your local science centre as it might not be much more than one visit to Questacon.

Boring and tired Currently very banal and boring, needs to have something more exciting happening rather than the same old thing it had three years ago

Terrific! If you have kids of any age this is a must visit. Lots of informative, educational and entertaining exhibits and activities. Lots and lots of interactive displays for both kids and adults to get involved in. We visited with an eight year old and a six year old loved it and learnt a lot.

Fun and enlightening Not only a place for kids Lots of things were very interesting for adults too. Found some areas a bit noisy because of the kids.

Great for kids Lots of interactive displays. Cafe has nice food. You can easily let the kids go and go from floor to floor and wait in the cafe if you get tired of waiting for them. Needs a few hours.
